Sometimes those holes are clear and visible and other times they are hidden surprises, but always with impact on our feelings of completeness.

We offer in-office affordable counseling. All sessions are confidential. If you can't find the answers, let Gay Russell of Feeling Whole Counseling Services help you to find peace of mind.

"Therapists, Gay Russell and Jan Ruzich attended the Play Attention Advanced Training in Asheville North Carolina in September. They were reminded of the four key elements of the Play Attention Learning System; 1) Play attention provides the first time a student can see their attention in Real time. 2) With the program attention is no longer abstract, but concrete and controllable. 3) Your mind becomes the mouse or joy stick. 4) Correlation is made between attention and behavior and change in both is the result. Contact us for a free trial. And while in Asheville, Jan and Gay had to take advantage of the Upper Green River run. Learning and Fun!"
On the eve of the devastation in Japan, our WINGS group was giving back to others!
